Radium Audio Graduate Composer/Producer Opportunity

Emmy Award Winning music and sound production team Radium Audio has an opening for a Graduate or early-career Composer/Producer, to join them and work on Film Trailers, Broadcast, Advertising and New Media sound and music projects. Their recent work includes Alien Covenant, Ghost in the Shell, and The Dark Tower film trailers.

The right person will have a knack for writing hooks and themes, and a strong ability to arrange and produce these in a style which hybridizes pop, orchestral, and electronic production elements.  A varied sonic palate, varied multi instrumental skillset (with particular strength in keyboards/piano) and familiarity with industry standard virtual instruments and libraries would also be a big advantage.

Untold Sound Are Looking For Collaborators

Untold Sound is a new production company set up to weave narrative into live gigs, working with writers from theatre, film and TV to create immersive music experiences that combine sound and story. They are currently looking for a DJ/producer to collaborate with on their first project. They are setting up a fictional sound system crew, set in a dystopian near future London where hostility to immigrants is rising and developers are buying up land by any means necessary.

This project is about building a collective of MCs, poets and performers who will become the cast of the sound system crew. The shows will be gigs, in music venues not theatre spaces, and the character’s stories will be told through a combination of rap, poetry and song integrated with monologues and scenes.

All this will be set to a banging soundtrack. It could include Dub, Jungle, Grime, Hip Hop and Drum + Bass. However, they want to develop the sound for the show with a DJ/producer, so if you are interested in the idea send them an email: hello@untoldsound.co.uk.

Rehearsals for this project will not be paid, but gigs will be.
