The City of Los Angeles has declared November 10th Morrissey Day. The former Smith frontman is set to play the famed Hollywood Bowl this weekend in support of his forthcoming album, Low in High School, and it seems the city couldn’t be more proud of its former, and possibly current, gloomy resident.
