The Nobel Prize committee has announced that winner Bob Dylan has penned a speech that will be read during this year’s ceremony. Who will read the speech is unclear. At the Nobel awards ceremony earlier in the day, Patti Smith will perform Dylan’s “A Hard Rain’s A-Gonna Fall.”
