BBR Music Group Announces Two Additions, One Promotion

BBR Music Group has announced three changes to their staff. Lauren Crawford has joined the company as Marketing Manager and Caroline Fields has joined as Publicity Manager. Tyler Tester has been promoted from staff accountant to the Executive Assistant to Jon Loba.

In her new role, Crawford will manage projects from the label group’s roster, including Jimmie Allen, Blanco Brown, Locash, Lindsay Ell, Parmalee and others. She joins the label from Capitol Christian Music Group where she handled projects for Cody Carnes, Kari Jobe, Chris Tomlin, We The Kingdom, and more. Prior to Capitol, she worked for Nashville’s Pilgrimage Music Festival, driving marketing initiatives and overseeing festival administration.

“We knew quickly that Lauren had to be part of our family,” says Hahr. “She has been able to jump right into our busy release schedule and shine. We are so excited to have her passion and energy!”

In Fields’ new role, she will manage day-to-day publicity for acts from the label group’s roster, including Kolby Cooper, Brooke Eden, Drake Milligan, Runaway June, Dylan Schneider and others. Fields previously worked at Absolute Publicity where she spearheaded campaigns for Alabama, Collin Raye, Shenandoah, Ricky Skaggs, the late Charlie Daniels and more. Her career also includes previous stops at NPG PR, AristoMedia and Shore Fire Media.

“Caroline brings with her great relationships and great energy,” says Jones. “Her love of country music and passion and desire to tell the world about great music makes her a perfect fit.”

Tester has been with BBR Music Group since July 2017. In his previous position he was responsible for recording, monitoring and reconciling costs for project budgets, coordinating employee travel, and supporting the Senior Director of Recorded Finance with month-end procedures.

“Our finance department is mad at me for stealing him, but the rest of our organization is throwing a party that Tyler will be diving in deep with each of them,” says Loba. “It takes a special person to keep up with my crazy ideas and schedule. Tyler stepped right in from day one and is already crushing it.”
