Night Drifter Duo consisting of Singer Lis Van Den Akker and producer Daniel W.
Last Single was a cover of the Classic Marianne Faithfull Song ‘Broken English’ which featured excellent dark vibes and trip-hop drums.
This time they cover yet another Classic, this time the well known The Doors Song ‘People Are Strange’ (See/listen below).
In their version of the song they takes on a heavy electronic version but with Lis singing it gives it the perfect level of sweet and salt.
What a surprisingly updated and fresh version of a true classic! We wouldn’t be surprised to see this song used in future TV series…
We can not wait to hear what the original songs will show when the promised album finally arrives!
